Just give up your struggle with experience entirely
This meditation touches again a few of the important topics: impermanecne, self-liberation and equanimity. These insights or results are all important for the psychological attitude with with one encounters life, and where meditation is helpful.
In particular, the "struggle" with experience (trying to prevent or block whatever comes up) is reduced or eliminated, and therefore suffering.
The insight that no thought stays, whatever its content, for more than a short time
The insight that every thought, once the light of mindfulness shines on it, automatically dissolves by itself
The mental attitude of accepting everything without strong reaction (based on "One Taste")
