Comments and expansion
Today´s meditation is one of the "nothing new". I would have to go into even more detail on one of the points which might be boring for anyone else than myself.
So, today just a latest version of a wordcloud, generated from a sample of Sam Harris' Daily Meditations.
Just two remarks: it´s interesting that the most frequent words are "just" and "notice".
"Just notice" then seem to be the essence of Dzogchen.
